The exterior wall material used at M8, known as the curved stone-laminated glass, has achieved a remarkable feat by setting the Guinness World Record for the largest curved stone-laminated glass with a single panel measuring 20.45 square meters. This composite glass combines the textures of natural stone with the transparency of glass, gaining recognition as cutting-edge technology in the glass industry.

 

M8 has been honored as the “RLI Most Anticipated Opening 2024” at the prestigious Global RLI Awards 2024. The grand award ceremony was held in London, UK. M8 is distinguished as the only gold award recipient from China and is one of only two winners from Asia in this year’s competition. Furthermore, this is one of the 13 gold awards awarded by the competition this year.

The Macau Architecture Awards ceremony, held every two years, took place on October 19. The awards are divided into three categories: Residential Projects, Public Amenity Buildings, and Conservation Projects. We are thrilled to announce that M8 has been awarded the highest distinction in Category B – Commercial / Public Amenity Building — the Gold Prize at the Macau Architecture Awards.

M8 was the first project from the Macau ever to receive a gold award. M8 was honored with the titles of “Best Retail Development (Asia)”, “Best Landmark Development (Hong Kong and Macau)” and “Best Retail Development (Hong Kong and Macau)”.

M8 Macau has been honored with the prestigious “Platinum Winner for Property Development – Retail Development” at the 2024 TITAN Property Awards in the US.

M8 was honoured with awards for the “Best Retail Development” and the “Best Mixed Use Development” in the Macau region at the IPA Asia Pacific Property Awards Ceremony held at Bangkok in 2024. It is the only project in Macau to receive recognition in this particular category. M8 has also been nominated for the “Retail Development Asia Pacific” award, and the winners will be announced in December 2024.
